We want you to love your handmade ceramics. You may request a return within 30 days.

Because each piece is crafted by hand, subtle variations in texture and shade are celebrated marks of authenticity. However, if your pottery arrives damaged or unsuitable, we are here to assist.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send a written request to our artisan care team detailing your order.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned pottery in original condition. Reimbursed funds will be issued to your original payment method without additional transaction fees.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or replacement, please ensure the following:

Items returned within 30 days
Pottery safely packed in original box

Non-returnable handcrafted items:

Custom or bespoke ceramic commissions created to your exact specifications.
Made-to-order personalized stoneware or engraved gift pieces.
Final sale promotional items or studio archive clearance pottery.
Glazed items showing clear signs of secondary domestic use or improper handling.

We reserve the right to decline returns for ceramic items that do not meet our original craftsmanship condition criteria.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning pottery. Please mail carefully packaged ceramics to our studio:

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic art, we strongly recommend using trackable and insured shipping services. We cannot issue refunds for delicate pottery pieces that arrive broken or are lost during return transit without verified delivery proof.

Gifts

If the ceramic artwork was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, store credit will be issued upon arrival of the returned piece. A gift certificate will be sent to your email address promptly.

If the order was not marked as a gift at checkout, any applicable refund will be processed directly back to the original purchaser's payment account.
